Cancellations: No cancellations or changes, other than by MedexWA, to your appointment will be credited (or refunded) to your account with us, unless requested via email, at least three (3) full business days prior to the appointment. In this instance the booking deposit will be credited to your account with us and this will expire after 3 months if unused.

Informed Financial Consent: MedexWA & Dr Tattov are private billing clinics. The procedures they provide have no Medicare or Health Fund rebate applicable. The invoice is payable upon presentation.
