Does PicoSure Pro laser tattoo removal hurt?
Your PicoSure Pro laser removal treatment will be associated with minimal discomfort. This is because, unlike other lasers, the PicoSure uses pressure rather than heat to break up the ink. If you are concerned, Dr Tattov recommends applying numbing cream (Emla or Numbit which are available over the counter at the pharmacist without a prescription). How long are treatments?
Treating an average-sized tattoo (palm size) typically takes around 10 minutes. The process may take longer however, depending on the size of the tattoo being treated and the number of tattoos that need to be treated.
